Your role as HR Business Partner:

  • Suggest and plan ways for performance management for ensuring that set of activities and outputs meets our organization's goals
  • Conduct a regular market survey regarding employee’s wellbeing and best practices and suggest possible measures for its implementation.
  • Collaborate and Portray a strong and clear vision of the company and within both divisions
  • Keep a strong Liaison with the other HR BPs across locations
  • Develop and present best HR business strategies in accordance with the department’s needs
  • Evaluating and forecasting staffing needs monthly/quarterly and communicate wisely with all concerned teams (Resource Planning & Forecasting)
  • Identify the training need and work on its achievement
  • Conduct job satisfaction surveys within the organization and identify the strong and weak areas that may require attention.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to the heads to measure progress in terms of bridging and productivity, and foresee next plan of action
  • Actively participate in contingency planning for human capital
  • Keep an eye on corporate initiatives and try to align it within Pakistan office
  • Sync best practices between both the divisions; US and PK
  • Conduct brain storming sessions within the company and prepare an action plan upon the workable options
  • Managing staff wellness initiatives/ Employee engagement campaigns
  • Company image branding through social media and run social campaigns
  • Take initiatives to improve relations between staff and employer/managers/heads
  • Suggest ways to smartly manage recruitment efforts
  • Engaging with heads of department for their input/complaints and resolution
  • Manage smooth coordination between departments
  • Trigger problem areas on a broader perspective
  • Plan, Propose and conduct ‘on the job trainings’ for various soft skills
  • Encourage effective communication across the organization
  • Take challenges in terms of awareness programs
  • Keep follow-up of all priority tasks and maintain a report of it and push departments/teams to get it done
  • Be part of HR campaigns and social responsibility events
  • Ensuring timely feedback and follow-up on all workable points as per MOM with other HR BPs

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
  • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience i.e Employee engagement, Performance management, HR Operations, Grievance Handling, HR Analytics, Onboarding & Offboarding.

Job timings are 8:00PM – 5:00AM Pakistan time and it is an onsite position.
